Are you getting enough Chromium?


First off what is Chromium?

Chromium is a mineral our bodies utilize in little amounts for normal body functions, such as digesting food. Low amounts of Chromium can have many affects on our bodies. Some signs of Chromium deficiencies are:

- Delayed healing time

- Fluctuations in weight

- Frequent mood swings


There are many way to improve the amount of Chromium you are getting. The most obvious way is eating a diet rich in Chromium. Foods that are rich in Chromium are:



- Egg Yolks

- Broccoli

- Swiss Cheese

- Mushrooms

- Green Peppers

- Poultry

- Steel Cut Oats

- Lettuce
