- Elevated squats

- Bridges

- Split squats

- Single-arm rows

- Seated cable rows

- Lat pulldowns

- Cable chest press

- Dips

- Single leg sky reachers

*Repeat each round 3 exercises for 3-4 sets, 10-20 reps.
